Layout Proofs: A Layout Proof approval must be signed & faxed back to us before production starts. Please read layout proof carefully and contact us immediately with any discrepancies or changes. The Layout-Proof must be signed and returned prior to production. The paper-proof is faxed at NO Charge. Blind proof $5.00 net. Plate and Setup Charges: Maximum of 2 colors per location. Plate charge for 1-Color-1-Location = $50 .00(G). Re-setup charge for re-orders = $12.50(G). Typesetting Charge = $18.75(G) Multi-Color or Multi-Location Charge: 2nd color or location - $0.19(G) per unit Each different logo & color will carry an additional plate and running charge. Re-Polybagging Charge: $0.06(G) each, Optional except for Memo Holders and Gold or Silver Imprints. PMS Match Charge: $30.00(G) per color. However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Ink Change Charge: $12.50(G) Pre-Production Proof: A PPP is available for $50.00(G) plus plate charges. PPP will take approximately 2 working days. After PPP approval, a re-setup charge of $12.50(G) per color-location will apply before production begins. Less than a 100pc. Minimum Charge: $31.25(G) Normal Production Time: 4 working days after signed paper proof approval for 3000 units or less. 6 working days for for orders of 3001 units or more.
